Sophia

Sophia has grown up a bit since we've been here.  She has taken a liking to drawing, painting, and coloring.  She's learned to color in the lines, choose appropriate colors, draw with more detail.  I'll have to post one picture that she drew with dots on a face...said they were dad's whiskers. Very creative! A neighbor let us borrow a bike and she has been very proud of herself about riding. That kept her busy for days. She braved her way through her first demist appointment and left feeling pretty happy about herself. Brushing teeth has become a morning and nightly routine after that check up. She went hiking for the first time. It was fun watching her explore all those rocks. She likes to take time to sit next to Nolan when ever she gets a chance. We also spent the fist month looking for Cinderella shoes to go with her Cinderella costume. She loves to dress up in dresses!
